Save Time But Don't Skimp on Taste With This Air Fryer Lunch with Shrimp & Veggies

I have worked at home for about 7 years now, and the one thing I have had difficulty with is eating lunch. It is easy to get caught up in meetings and the busyness of the day and forget to eat. Then I'm starving and grabbing for anything and everything. The Air Fryer is literally changing the way I'm making meals and I wanted to share this yummy lunch I made today! Just take a look! Is your mouth watering yet? This colorful and healthy meal took all of 6 minutes!



This is all it took...

Ingredients

  • Medium sized shrimp thawed

  • Fresh green beans

  • Yellow peppers

Turn the Air Fryer on to 400 and set the timer for 6 minutes

Steps:

  • Put the shrimp in a bowl and mix it up with olive oil, seasoning, salt and pepper

  • Cut the peppers in half and mix them and the green beans with olive, and the same seasonings

  • Add the shrimp, green beans and peppers into the air fryer

  • While your meal is cooking, make yourself a side salad! I chose the leafy green spinach, cranberries and a goat cheese with sundried tomato.

  • Turn your food in the air fryer and check it, because it may be finished sooner than the 6 minutes.

Once finished let it sit for a few seconds and then get ready to chow down! It is so good and filling! Enjoy!
